Last summer I spent a day's filming in Brighton acting in a small part (as a gangland enforcer, typecast again) in Down Terrace . The film has just got a release according to proper film world journo big wigs here and here.
Down Terrace is the directorial debut of sometime Lord Tunley collaborator (by which I mean boss) and general all round good egg Ben Wheatley and the big screen debut (as far as I know) of Rob Hill and his real life Dad who plays his Dad in the film.
All concerned did such a good job that the film has already won two awards.
Ahem... whoopee.
